By checking the box before checkout, the participant agrees to the General Terms and Conditions. The participant is responsible for a valid passport or ID card, ensuring it remains valid for two months after returning to the Netherlands. Payment for the course, treatment program, or retreat must be made within two weeks of registration. Registration is final upon payment of the invoice. If payment is not made on time, Able reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the spot to someone else. If participants withdraw (due to illness or personal circumstances), they are entitled to a refund of part of the participation fee:
- Three months before the program start: 50% refund of participation costs.
- Two months before the program start: 25% refund of participation costs.
- One month before the program start: no refund of participation costs.
If the participant cannot attend the course, treatment program, or retreat, substitution is allowed, provided the replacement participant's details are provided to Able at least one month before the start.
For programs abroad, participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance that covers accidents, injuries, disability, death, damage to third parties, loss of property, and possibly cancellation. Able reserves the right to cancel a course, treatment program, or retreat if there are valid reasons, including insufficient participants or force majeure. In case of cancellation by Able, participants are entitled to a full refund of the participation fee. The participant is not entitled to any other compensation or damages.
LIABILITY
Able will ensure a proper and orderly course of the continuing education, treatment program, or retreat. Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk. Able is not liable for injury or damage of any kind as a result of the stay and/or activities of the participant, nor for loss or damage to property.
