Eight years ago, Able developed an integrated lifestyle program for people with bothersome tinnitus complaints, called “Free from Tinnitus”.
Tinnitus, or "ringing in the ears," is a noticeable sound in the head caused by overactive areas of the brain. One million people in the Netherlands experience this bothersome condition, leading to insomnia, exhaustion, overstimulation, and anxiety, which significantly impacts their quality of life.
