Integrated treatment for people with Long Covid and Post Covid complaints
Over the course of four months, you'll work with other group members and a professional team to address Long and Post-Covid issues at multiple levels and at the source. The program's unique structure will reactivate your self-healing capacity. You'll become aware of what disrupted your system and what you can do to feel healthy again in the long term.
The program consists of three phases, each guided by a (pulmonary) physician/Long Covid expert, cognitive behavioral trainer, nutrition expert, breathing trainer, and meditation trainer.

Inclusive
Online preparation phase: here you will learn how your nervous system and balance organ work and discover what you can do to restore your balance and positively support your nervous system.
6-Day Treatment Phase: Takes place in Portugal including:
- Accommodation for 4 nights in a single room (sometimes with shared bathroom)
- All meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as fruit, coffee, tea, and water throughout the day.
- Individual coaching sessions
- Mind & body sessions
- Plenty of time to relax and enjoy activities (such as sauna, swimming and walking)
- Transport between Faro airport and the retreat location (at specific times)
Integration phase: through online sessions and telephone coaching, you will be guided to permanently integrate what you have learned and gain deeper insights.
Includes various inspirational materials, such as an integration textbook, auditory guidance materials, films and video material.
