Integrated treatment for people with Long COVID and Post-COVID symptoms

In 4 months, you will address Long COVID and Post-COVID at the source. Your self-healing ability will be reactivated by the unique composition of the program. You will become aware of what caused your system to become dysregulated and what you can do yourself to feel sustainably healthy again.

You complete the program in 3 phases, guided by a (pulmonologist)/Long COVID expert, cognitive behavioral trainer, nutrition expert, breath trainer, and meditation trainer.

October 19 to 24, 2027 (Portugal)

Integration Phase:

October 25, 2027 to January 24, 2028 (Netherlands)

Inclusive

Online preparation phase: here you will learn how your nervous system and vestibular system work and discover what you can do yourself to restore your balance and positively support your nervous system.

6-Day treatment phase: takes place in Portugal and includes:

  • Accommodation for 5 nights in a single room (sometimes with shared bathroom)
  • All meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as fruit, coffee, tea, and water throughout the day
  • Individual coaching sessions
  • Mind & body sessions
  • Plenty of time to relax and engage in activities (such as sauna, swimming, and hiking)
  • Transport between Faro airport and the retreat location (at specific times)

Integration phase: through online sessions and telephone coaching, you will be guided to permanently integrate what you have learned and the deeper insights.

Includes various inspirational materials, such as an integration workbook, audio guidance materials, short films, and video material.
